Return Policy

Returns

We stand behind the products we sell and work hard to find the best vendors to work with. If you should have an issue with an order, don't hesitate to reach out to us by phone or email. Please reference the order number, customer name, and email/phone number to contact you at. 

Items are eligible for return 30 days from receipt, providing the tags are intact and the item (s) are in their original shipped condition.  Items not purchased from us are not eligible for exchange or return. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns after this timeframe are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. 

Notify us of your intent to return prior to shipping, and ship the items back to us at

Used/Open items, Tumblers are not eligible for returns.

The original purchase price, minus original shipping will be refunded. This includes shipping paid by us for free shipping on eligible orders.

We reserve the right to adjust the amount based on the condition of the returned items. This includes a reasonable restocking fee if deemed necessary.

 

Exchanges

If you are looking to exchange an item, we recommend you first place an order for the item you wish to receive. Contact us regarding the item you would like to exchange, and we will work with you to return the item back to us.
